Good Communication Skill

Good communication skill is a primary requirement in every kind of job. I have no idea, for the first time. Why do people must able to interact with other in right way. In my opinion as far as the job is clear, there’s no other demand. But after I have my own experience, I realize its right to have a good communication skill.

To interact with other people in office, we have to know our capacity—I mean, don’t treat people as you like. We need to know where we are, in office or other. Some people can distinguish condition. They can very “hard” in office, but very friendly outside. But there’s so many people who want to be respect as they position in office, every where they are.

There’s a type of person to interact with partner. There who thing themselves have more capacity and ability than other, and in vice versa they who thing everything is a learning media. So, they always feel that they have nothing—in good connotation.

I have my own experience in interact with partner. In my office, there are three people who have permission to interact with our principal partner abroad—one of them is me. I always follow their instruction to solve my problems here. Step by step although it spent much time, but I believe they will give us the best. But my friend doesn’t, he always said that we have done with their instruction—but actually he rare do it. And sometimes it makes them upset, and they often tell me.

Not only in office, good communication skill also needed in family, friendship and other. If we want a good relationship, good communication skill is a must.
